These terms cover your use of the heat-pump survey and design service offered by {{ trading_name|default:"FreeMCS" }}. The {{ trading_name|default:"FreeMCS" }} platform is operated by Anvul Ltd (England & Wales, CH 17111703). By using the service you agree to these terms.

1. The service

The service lets you collect property data, generate a heat-loss calculation under BS EN 12831 and MCS 3005-D, receive heat-pump and radiator sizing recommendations, and produce an MCS-compliant report. Calculations are deterministic engineering outputs; final sign-off is the responsibility of a qualified MCS-certified installer.

4. Fees

Where a fee applies it will be displayed before you commit to the service. Fees are payable as stated; refunds follow our published refund rules and your statutory rights as a UK consumer.

We accept liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, and any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law. For all other liability:

6. Intellectual property

The platform, code, and report formats are the intellectual property of Anvul Ltd (the operator of the {{ trading_name|default:"FreeMCS" }} platform). You own your survey inputs (room dimensions, photos, answers). The service grants you a licence to use the report you generate, including for grant applications and warranty registration.

7. Termination

You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your data subject to our retention duty. We can terminate your access if you breach these terms or fail to pay; we will refund any unused fees prepaid for future periods.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Disputes will be heard by the courts of England & Wales, except where consumer-protection legislation gives you the right to bring a claim in your home jurisdiction.

9. Modifications

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you we will email you and post a new effective date. Continued use after a material change means you accept the new terms; if you do not, you can stop using the service and ask us to delete your data.
